The idea it is built on
One member account, and everything else hangs off it.
A member books a court, has lunch on the terrace, charges a sleeve of balls, and brings four guests to dinner on Friday. That is one relationship, not five records. The account is the spine: privileges follow the membership, charges post once, and the statement assembles itself.
Revenue reporting reads from tickets and tenders rather than from the member ledger, so a card sale to a guest counts exactly as much as a house charge. Boards get the real number.

Roles for managers, servers, pro shop, and accounting, so people see what their job needs and nothing else.
Reporting
